This chandelier is so beautiful in person the pictures do not do it justice. It is stunning! It takes time to connect the crystals to the string, but with patience and help it goes faster. I had an electrician install mine so I am not sure how hard it was, the base went up fast, attaching the crystals does take time. Completely worth the time and money.
Love this chandelier, the pictures don’t quite do it justice because of the angles involved, but it is a beautiful piece and I have purchased two others from Sofary and I’m very satisfied in all aspects.

We are completely in love with our beautiful light. I did not realize it was being shipped as freight from Hong Kong; however, the product is worth the wait. We paid someone to install for us. It was tedious to string each light but it is definitely worth it.
I purchased this light during Covid and expected shipping delays. It took 7 weeks from the day i bought to arrival. I was nervous of any missing strands or crystals but all pieces were in the package along with 12 extra crystals. I hired someone to mount the bracket and fixture which took ~1hour and it took me ~2hours to attach all crystals and hang on fixture. It is very easy to hang strings and the directions / labels were straightforward. The light requires G10 bulbs which are a bit annoying to attach. Please be advised this fixture does need drilling in the ceiling! Veru satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to replace a few more lights with Sofary
There were 12 missing crystals when the chandelier arrived. Customer Service was responsive but it will take several weeks to get the replacement for the missing crystals. The chandelier is very pretty.

Hi everyone it took this product to arrive to my home like 7 days , the assembling of the lamp took me exactly 2hours and 30mins , what takes the most time is the first bracket that holds the lamp weight to the ceiling because you got to you loose time finding the wood behind the ceiling , took me about 45 mins to attach the bracket to it then the rest is very easy and fast but time consuming because is 132 lines that you got to hang to the lamp it does not seem like much in numbers but ones you start on it it feels like it never gonna end total took me about 2hours and 35mins to completed all , only sad thing was i was missing 3 crystal balls but I submitted a email and i got reply with in 5min and wss told to take pictures , i am sure they will fix me up fast too . I was scared a bit when i read some people took 7hours to build lamp but i dunno how that happen but with 2 people my wife and i was just 2hours and 35min, it was very easy each line had numbers all you had to do was hang them in that order and its done . Thank you again wife is in love with it and me more now for buying it :)
