This light fixture is absolutely stunning! It looks great in photos, but even better in person. It became the focal point of our dining room. It's a show stopper, both with the lights on and off. The fixture arrived quickly, well-packaged, and safe despite all the glass. Installation took half a day since each glass teardrop needed to be attached, but it was worth it. Beautiful!
This chandelier was well worth the wait. It's elegant and lights up the room, adding sophistication and glamour to the space. Everyone loves it!

After a few hiccups, the light is up and beautiful.
My ceiling is 12 feet, electrician had to add additional wire, once installed and before crystals went on I sawed off the 3 hooks that were not used on top as was noticeable from bottom.
Customer service was excellent, got back promptly with all questions, would def purchase from Sofary again.

We bought 2 chandeliers and installed them few weeks before. Quality is very good and so far everybody look at it ask me when I got them from. Product is 5/5. In rating 4/5 because: 1. I am getting my product pretty late because of some logistics and supply chain issues 2. instruction manual is really 2-3 pager and doesn't include any steps. Sofary need to either keep that in shipment or keep a bar code to scan and read from their site. This has created bigger issue while installing, a lot trial and error. 3. Hanging chain is very short, my ceiling is 12ft and chain for one of kitchen chandelier is 3 ft only.
Such a beautiful chandelier! It was a fun project to hang each of the crystals. Everything was well-packaged and arrived in great condition. It's my favorite part of the room now.
