This was a second chandelier that my family and I loved and purchased. It came just as the photo shows and better; if anything needed to be changed or replaced the company was on top of it and very helpful as well. I would very much recommend it to anyone looking to purchase something exquisite and very bright.
You are going to LOVE this chandelier! With ceilings 20 feet or more, the installation will require a scaffold. This installation becomes more manageable when you have a team of 2 to 3 people or a really PATIENT individual. Remember that each crystal hangs from a string that you don’t wish to tangle. The instructions are good if you follow them. The end result is really beautiful!!!

This light is different and beautiful! It took 5 hrs to install since it was 25 feet in the air but it was totally worth it! Me and my girlfriend love it!!!
We had a tight space for a foyer chandelier. We had been going back and forth on a few options for months and finally settled on this. Never having heard of the brand before we were skeptical but the price was so good for the what they were offering. It came in a box that seemed too small to contain it, after unpacking we were very impressed on the care they took to keep everything organized. Each pair of strands in its own zip lock carefully rolled up. We had no issues getting them out, attaching the weighted crystal to the bottom then handing on the enclosure. I was personally thrilled that you installed the main base first and took care of all electrical before bothering with the strands. Other then it took all day to setup just due to the 120 strands of crystals it was a pure pleasure to install. Instructions could have included a youtube video link but it's so simple I see why they are so basic. I do wish we had got the 3000K bulbs as the 4000K ones are nice white light but are surrounded by other lighting that is not. Think about that while ordering as I believe they give you the option. One extra thing i'll mention, I am shocked how well all the crystals lineup over the 120 strands. Great product, we are super thrilled on what we got for the price. Nice job Sofary!
