Beautiful chandelier
First I must say that the customer service was great. Very prompt response time. I was very excited to get my chandelier. I immediately started counting everything to make sure I had all of the pieces needed for install. I did all of the tedious work of putting all the crystals together. Stringing the stars. It was exciting because I helped bring it together for installation. I absolutely love it. I kept hitting snags trying to get someone to install because my foyer is 20 feet tall and the chandelier is somewhat over the staircase. I almost gave up looking for someone. Eventually, I found someone who installed in about three hours because I'd already done the most tedious part. I was the handoff person. There is a method to stinging the lights onto the base. You should leave the beads inside of the bags until you've string about a fourth of them and then remove the bags and repeat the process. Another good tip is for the last 15-20 strings with either 4 or 5 stars left, start stringing bags beginning with #1, 2,3, etc until you are done. We used a 14ft ladder from Home Depot.

I just bought this Spiral Meteor Shower Crystal Raindrop Chandelier for my Staircase and it look so beautiful. Yes you do need lots of time and patients. I was very afraid to order in first time but I think I took a good decision. We are very happy and loved it!
