Spectacular showstopper!

This is an amazing chandelier. Excellent quality and more luxurious than I ever imagined. Even better than the photos online! This is a dream come true! This is the 31” W chandelier and our entry clears 38” for context. It is breathtakingly beautiful and I stand at the top of my stairs staring! We couldn’t put it together on our own though, we paid an electrician to do it. Thank you sofary!

Wow wow wow . The chandelier is more than what I expected. Took my husband and I 2 days to put together but it was well worth the time. Got a lot of compliments about it . Had to do a few trimmings to get the proper fit but overall Love it.

We have a large, tall foyer that had no chandelier. I knew I wanted something special and timeless and I got it here. The shipping took a while due to the custom order of gold plating, which came out great! The instructions were very easy to follow, but it took about 1 1/2 days to install with 3-4 people. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this product and the customer service of asking my questions. I was so skeptical up until we were half way through the project, but it really is a stunning piece!

It added real spark to the hallway. I've bought 106 inches chandelier for our 19 feet ceiling. It took around 15 hours for the whole set up and took around same cost for the installation but it is worth the time and money.

Answer:All the small crystals are chained up already. There are 60 crystal strings that you need to attach to the base after the base is installed to the ceiling.

Question:How hard is it to change the lightbulbs?
Answer:It is not hard. You just need to make sure that you do not tangle the crystal strings. We recommend to use LED light bulbs which can last for a long time.

Answer:Unfortunately we do not have that services. We sell around the?world?and we do not have?local?team everywhere. We normally suggest to call several of your local electricians to compare the price about the installation.

Some of our customer only ask the electrician to install the base (electrical) part and they will hang the crystal themselves to save money. (You can rent tools from home depot or other similar store if you have a high ceiling).

Question:Does the advertised height start from the chrome medallion? Or does it start from the top of the string? My ceiling height is 18.83 ft which, if multiplied by 2.5, will be 47.08 inches. The shortest chandelier you??re selling is 79 inches. Unless the height can be shortened? The width is 32.83 inches. What do you recommend I get?
Answer:It starts from the base. Multiple by 2.5 normally are for pendant light size. Normally, you should leave more than 8 feet away from the floor, so you can choose something around 10 feet in height.
