Great quality and customer service
I can’t say enough about Raine! She is the best to work with. From day 1, she worked with me to identify what would be the correct size for my living room. She also worked with me for shipment. I was not in town and coordinating with the shipping company in the mist of the storm. Rainie is very prompt and responds within hours. When I received the package it was delivered without issues. Love the customer service and product quality! Thank you!

Stunning Chandelier
We absolutely love this chandelier. We got the largest size. It we did have one issue where the mounting bracket needed to be replaced, but Sofary immediately sent a new one for free and their customer service was excellent! Everything shipped and I received it within a week in Illinois. The installation was tedious, but the end result is well worth it! It’s so sparkly. Total showstopper!

I have been in real estate and building homes and childcare centers in Ohio for last 25 years. Have used so much time on finding nice lighting fixtures. Since the products of Sofary caught my eye about 5 years back, I just don’t have to spend anytime anywhere else. Just buy according to whatever fixture is appropriate for the space/use. We have used several raindrop chandeliers in our multimillion homes. When people see., they get astonished and like so much. I highly recommend the products to anyone, family/friends to add/replace at their existing homes/businesses to update with these modern fixtures and to enhance the beauty of their places. Furthermore, the service and speed with which Sofary support staff works is superb! I can’t thank enough to Rita for responding and processing the orders or any issues related to making any changes. Recently, a chandelier got lost, fedex couldn’t locate, Sofary replaced without any issue.
