I purchased my chandeliers and several lights from Sofary 2 years ago. After renovation, rectangular chandelier cables were cut too short to reinstall without being tilted. I reached out to CS- and they promptly assisted with shipping the cables. Came in within a day.

This is a wonderful versatile piece, decided to add a couple, extra strands of crystals to customize it, which was very easy to do, and I love the result. Sofary is a joy to work with.
The staff at Sofary has been so helpful. I was given this chandelier and unfortunately a few of the crystals were chipped during transport to my house. Even though I didn't order the light, I reached out and the staff reached out to the vendor to get me new strands for the light. I have been very satisfied with their service and will be purchasing lights from Sofary in the future.
